How We Design a 2 BHK
Every decision in a 2 BHK interior is connected. The kitchen layout affects the dining zone. The wardrobe depth affects the bedroom circulation. The false ceiling height affects every room's sense of space. We design the whole flat together — not room by room in isolation.
Space Plan First — Everything Else Follows
The most expensive mistake in a 2 BHK is buying the sofa, ordering the kitchen, and booking the wardrobe carpenter before anyone has drawn a space plan. Once the large furniture is committed, the entire flat is locked — ceiling zoning, lighting positions, tile patterns, everything. We produce the AutoCAD floor plan and 3D renders of every room before a single vendor is called. You see the complete flat before any money moves.
Kitchen — The Anchor of the Project
In a 2 BHK, the kitchen is the single largest line item and the room that most affects daily life. We design the kitchen layout first — counter workflow, cooktop position, storage hierarchy, ventilation — and only then specify finishes and hardware. L-shaped layouts work in most Pune 2 BHKs.
