What the Visualisation-Only Package Includes

For ₹25,000, you get:

3 photorealistic 3D renders — typically living room, bedroom, and kitchen, or whichever rooms you want
Mood board — material and colour palette in one reference document
Colour palette — specific paint codes, material finishes, suggested tones
Material suggestions — what tile, what laminate, what paint — with enough specificity to communicate to a contractor

What it does not include: AutoCAD drawings, full BOQ, electrical layout, or execution coordination. This is a visualisation service, not a full design package.

People making pre-purchase decisions. You're looking at an under-construction flat and you want to understand what it could look like before you buy. ₹25,000 to visualise your potential home before committing ₹80 lakhs is obvious value.

People who have their own contractor but lack design clarity. Your contractor is ready to start. But when you describe what you want, it's vague — "modern, light, clean." The contractor builds to his interpretation, not yours. A render gives him something specific to execute against.

People making renovation decisions. You want to redo your living room but you're not sure whether to go for a dark feature wall or keep it light. Render both options. Decide with your eyes, not your imagination.

How a Render Prevented a ₹1 Lakh Mistake

A client came to us after having already bought dark grey 600x600 tiles for her entire 850 sqft flat. She'd seen them in the showroom and loved them. When we rendered the flat with those tiles, she saw immediately that the combination of low ceilings (8'6") and dark flooring made the space feel oppressive. She hadn't returned the tiles yet.

What It Doesn't Include
